Casa Azul is a 25-minute drive from the airport; we happily pick you up upon request. The house has seven modern and stylishly furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms can be furnished with either a double bed or two single beds. Two spacious lounges in the common area invite you to relax. We have comfortable space for dining together both indoors and outdoors. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Room safes and an alarm system are available.

Yoga equipment is provided (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions), so you can travel light. I recommend packing a small blanket or sarong for your yoga practice in case it's chilly or windy.

We're bringing our own restaurant chef with us, who will spoil us with delicious vegan and vegetarian delicacies. Honestly, I can hardly wait for it to begin! Yours, Katrin

Casa Azul: our fantastic yoga finca just a few minutes from Cala Bassa beach in the southwest of the island

Our luxury private yoga finca, "Casa Azul," is located in a quiet, rural setting with stunning views of the Mediterranean landscape. Ibiza's best beaches are just a 5-minute drive away. Casa Azul is surrounded by a lovely 3600 sq m garden and offers a wonderful sun terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a 16x10 m pool, one of the largest private pools on the island. We practice yoga in the 90 sq m chill-out and yoga area with large, comfortable sofa corners. If it rains, we can retreat to the large indoor yoga room, where all yoga equipment is available (mats, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions, blocks). The luxurious furnishings, the beautiful pool area, and the subtropical garden define the charm of the villa. In just 15 minutes on foot, we reach the famous Punta de Sa Pedrera viewpoint , from where we can observe spectacular sunsets. From our finca, many famous spots on the mystical island are within a 10-25 minute drive, including the famous Café del Mar , the picturesque Playa Comte beach, various swimming and snorkeling bays, and the legendary Es Vedra Rock. Of course, you can also visit the island's famous hippie markets and enjoy the party atmosphere there in the evenings (in fact, that´s definitely on the itinerary!).

Lodging at "Casa Azul"

Our yoga finca has seven modern double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The beds can be made up as a king-size double bed or as twin beds. Hand and bath towels, pool towels, and bed linen are included in the price. Towels are changed once a week. Since some rooms are slightly larger than others or have terrace access, I've taken the liberty of including a minimal price difference to keep things fair. The two master bedrooms have private access to the sun terrace with pool and the garden, respectively.

The price listed below includes your overnight stay, 12 hours of yoga per week (Sunday to Friday; every morning and 3 times per week in the late afternoon), a daily self-service breakfast (fresh fruit, yogurt, milk/plant-based milk, muesli, oatmeal), a light lunch and 5 dinners prepared by our amazing chef Bobs. Tea, coffee, water, and juices are available at all times. You can bring your own soft drinks and alcoholic beverages if you whish, and if you're missing anything special that you 'd like to buy for yourself, the refrigerator is of course at your disposal.

Price per person for your yoga week in a shared standard double room (3 rooms) : 1,390 € / appr. 1,160 £

Price per person for your yoga week in a shared master double room with terrace access (2 rooms, spacious with private terrace facing the pool or garden) : 1,490 € / appr. 1,260 £

What do you experience during your yoga week?

My mission is to help you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life by offering yoga, healthy food, fresh air, and a generous portion of joie de vivre accessible to you at relatively affordable prices. You can expect a 90-minute morning session every day, as well as a 60-minute late afternoon session on three days of the week (for a total of 12 hours of yoga per week). Please note: this is an international yoga retreat, hosted by a German yoga teacher; teaching will be in English and sometimes additionally in German. You should definitely have some yoga experience, which means you should be able to follow the sun salutation if I lead it for you and be able to comfortably complete a 1- to 1.5-hour yoga session. Of course, you only do what you want to do and be mindful of your personal limits at all times. I always strive to accommodate all participants and offer options for different experience levels and physical limitations. We alternate between classic Hatha Yoga, dynamic Yinyasa flows, and relaxing Yin Yoga/Restorative Yoga.

In the kitchen of "Casa Azul," you can prepare your own breakfast in the morning before your yoga session, consisting of fresh fruit, muesli, oatmeal, yogurt, and (plant-based) milk. Tea, coffee, water, and juices are available throughout the day. A highlight is certainly our shared vegan lunch and dinner, which we enjoy on the sun terrace or at the large dining table indoors.

Two evenings, dinner is deliberately not planned at the finca, so you can explore the island's culinary highlights. Within about 30 minutes by car, you'll reach numerous excellent restaurants, often in fantastic settings.

On afternoons when there is no yoga, I am happy to organize trips like a hike for those who are interested. The island also offers great opportunities for excursions, for example to the mystical rocky island of Es Vedrà or to one of the famous hippie markets . By the way: since the largest hippie market on Ibiza – Las Dalías – always takes place on Saturdays, you should consider staying an extra night on the island. The capital, Eivissa, is also absolutely worth seeing and definitely worth a trip! So consider renting a car for the yoga week. Experience has shown that the number of rides that the group can get together through rental cars is always enough to make joint excursions fun and affordable for everyone.

Arrival and departure

Our week starts and ends on Saturday (check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.).

The flight to Ibiza is not included in the price of your yoga week! Here you can find information about flights and transfers to the yoga finca. You can find cheap flights from England to Ibiza with airlines such as Ryan Air, EasyJet, Vueling and with operators such as Opodo and Firstchoice. A great way to find your flight is also Google Flights.

If you require a transfer from Ibiza Airport to the yoga resort or back, please indicate this on the booking form. The one-way transfer costs € 30 per person.

Yoga classes

Yoga classes take place from Sunday to Friday. There's a 90-minute morning session (approximately 9:00–10:30 or 10:30–12 :00) every day , as well as a 60-minute late afternoon session on three days of the week (a total of 12 hours of yoga per week). Please note: this is an international retreat, hosted by Katrin, a German yoga teacher. Classes will be taught in English and German.

Massages & nutritional advice

During the week, I'm also available for nutritional consultations (vegetarian, vegan, Ayurvedic). You might be able to book Personal Training while you are there. You can also book massages on-site at any time to round out your wellness and relaxation experience during your yoga week.
